Overseer Kemar Lambert
Overseer & Senior Pastor | Founder

Overseer Lambert is a native of Jamaica, born on February 7, and raised in the March Pen Road community. Growing up in a Christian household grounded in the teachings and morals of Christ, he developed a passionate desire to serve God from an early age. At just nine years old, he was baptized at the March Pen Road Pentecostal Church by Pastor Joseph Downer.
Throughout his spiritual journey, Overseer Lambert has served faithfully in numerous church roles, including Usher, Youth President, and Men’s President. He attended Inswood High School in Jamaica before migrating to the United States, where he continued his education, graduating from Hillside Arts and Letters Academy with a high school diploma and completing specialized training at Allen’s Nursing School. He is now a practicing healthcare professional.
Ordained first as a Deacon and then as a Minister, Overseer Lambert gained valuable ministerial experience through diverse leadership roles, equipping him to minister holistically to individuals regardless of their challenges or circumstances. After years of preparation and dedication, God called him to establish his own ministry—The Upper Room Deliverance Outreach Ministries.
On December 1, 2018, he was ordained as Pastor by Bishops Leroy Fullerton and Atiba Moses. Today, Overseer Lambert serves as Overseer and Senior Pastor of a vibrant ministry that continues to transform lives by equipping individuals to deepen their relationship with Christ.
In addition to his pastoral duties, Overseer Lambert is a licensed Notary Public for the City of New York and a Marriage Officer. As a young and dynamic leader, he is committed to setting high standards that positively impact lives.
Overseer Lambert is a devoted father to his daughter, Kemarie Lambert, and receives ongoing support in his ministry from his mother, grandmother, and aunt. Despite his busy schedule, he makes time to visit the sick, conduct Bible studies and baptismal classes, and immerse himself daily in God’s Word.
His ultimate desire is to see people fully embrace God’s love, walk in victory and power, and experience the fullness of God’s promises.

Pastor Andrea Grant
Host Pastor | Director of Hospitality

​Pastor Grant is a committed pastor with over eight years of ministry experience. She has dedicated her career to guiding congregations with compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to spiritual growth.
Her ministry is founded on pastoral care, reflective leadership, and team ministry, all focused on creating hospitable spaces that nurture faith, fellowship, and active community participation.
Pastor Grant excels in preaching, teaching, and pastoral counseling, emphasizing the empowerment of individuals to live out their faith in practical, meaningful ways. Throughout her ministry, she has led initiatives in worship planning, small groups, and community service, building partnerships that extend the church’s mission beyond its walls.
Committed to continual growth, Pastor Grant pursues professional development to deepen her biblical knowledge, enhance pastoral skills, and improve strategic planning—always seeking to serve God, the congregation, and the wider community more effectively.

Elder Allando Crosby
Elder | Youth Director

Elder Allando Crosby, originally from Portland, Jamaica, is a devoted servant of Christ, known for his unwavering loyalty to the Gospel, integrity of character, and commitment to service.
His ministry journey began at Trinity Holiness Church of God, where he served as a Youth Minister, nurturing young believers and cultivating leadership. These formative years laid a strong foundation for his continued dedication to the work of the Lord.
After relocating to the United States in 2019, Elder Crosby's ministry deepened. He was ordained in 2021 by Overseer Kemar Lambert, affirming his divine calling. By 2024, his faithful service was recognized with his elevation to the office of Elder, entrusting him with expanded pastoral and leadership responsibilities.
Currently, he serves at Upper Room Deliverance Ministries as Youth Director and a committed member of the church committee. His focus lies in empowering the next generation and strengthening both the spiritual and administrative life of the church.
A man of many gifts, Elder Crosby draws strength and inspiration from studying the Word, sacred music, and travel, all of which enhance his ministry. His personal motto, “United for One Cause,” reflects his heart for unity in the body of Christ and his mission to advance the Kingdom of God.

Minister Tamica Byfield
Minister | Director of Events

Minister Tamica Byfield is a resolute and faithful leader, bringing over 20 years of ministry experience. Her journey began in White Hall Avenue, Kingston 8, St. Andrew, Jamaica, where her passion for teaching, mentoring, and spiritual growth first took root.
Throughout her years of service, Minister Byfield has focused on discipleship, leadership development, and advancing the spiritual life of the congregation. She is passionate about sharing her faith, engaging with the community, and leveraging modern tools—such as live streaming—to expand the church’s reach and impact.
Her unwavering commitment is grounded in a deep love for Jesus Christ and a heart to serve others faithfully. She draws strength from the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:12:
“Rejoice and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.”
This verse reflects her joy and perseverance in ministry, even in the face of challenges.
Known for her authentic leadership, collaborative spirit, and commitment to lifelong learning, Minister Byfield works alongside church leaders and external organizations to identify needs and achieve shared goals. She has successfully led worship services, executive planning sessions, and ministry events, consistently fostering unity and excellence.
She continues to grow in her calling through ongoing workshops, conferences, and ministerial training, strengthening her ability to care for and lead others with compassion and wisdom.
Deacon Damion Guthrie
Deacon | Asst. Director, Men’s Ministry

Deacon Guthrie has devoted over three years to ministry, driven by a calling to provide genuine spiritual guidance, serve others with deep empathy, and support the broader community through principled leadership.
He approaches his responsibilities with thoughtfulness, integrity, and a spirit of collaboration—always emphasizing the importance of teamwork in ministry. His ongoing mission is to help individuals discover their God-given purpose, build stronger connections within their communities, and experience spiritual transformation.
Deeply committed to biblical teaching, Deacon Guthrie is continually exploring new ways to enhance scriptural study and expand his capacity to serve and inspire those around him.

Deaconess Carol Jones
Deaconess | Asst. Director of Hospitality

Deaconess Jones has devoted over seven years to ministry service, focusing her efforts on outreach and community engagement. Known for her warm personality and unwavering faith, she is deeply committed to helping others and offering spiritual support to those in need.
Her work reflects a belief in the power of faith and fellowship to transform lives and build stronger communities.

Missionary Mishka Bennett

With over three years of ministry experience, Secretary Bennett plays a vital role in the operational success of Upperroom Deliverance Outreach Ministries. She oversees administrative functions, fosters clear communication, and ensures the ministry runs smoothly day to day.
Known for her professionalism, discretion, and dedication, she supports leadership and staff with integrity. Her contributions help build a strong infrastructure for the ministry's continued growth.

Missionary Juliet Angella Giddings
Missionary | Director, Women’s Ministry

Born in the beautiful parish of Portland, Jamaica, Missionary Julliet Angela Giddings is a devoted ambassador of Jesus Christ. At just 14 years old, she responded to the call of God under the guidance of her mother, developing a deep passion for ministry.
Today, she serves faithfully at The Upperroom Deliverance Outreach Ministries as a Missionary and Director of the Women’s Ministry. She mentors and equips women, supports church programs, and reaches out to the community with the message of Jesus Christ. Her vision is to carry the Gospel to the nations, strengthen the body of Christ, and bring hope where it is needed most.

Sis. Keresha Williams
Lead Usher

Born in Waterhouse, Jamaica, Sis. Williams serves as a cornerstone of the service ministry. For the past four years, she has led the ushering team with excellence, grace, and a deep commitment to Christian hospitality.
More than just guiding people to their seats, Usher Williams helps prepare hearts for a true worship experience. Her calm demeanor and kind spirit foster an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit can move freely.

Brother Lodrick Cunningham Director, Men’s Ministry

Brother Cunningham has served as Director of the Men’s Ministry for over two years, offering visionary leadership, strategic guidance, and a passion for spiritual growth. He is known for encouraging teamwork and launching impactful initiatives that promote accountability, mentorship, and community service.
Before assuming his current role, Brother Cunningham built a strong foundation in faith-based leadership and community involvement, equipping him to serve with integrity and purpose.
